A Hispanic illegal alien is accused of human trafficking in Taylor County

Kentucky State Police said that 27-year-old Adulfo Cancino is also charged with unlawful transaction with a minor and committing an illegal sex act with a person under 16 years old. He is being held in the Taylor County Detention Center. The arrest is part of an ongoing investigation in several Kentucky counties into a suspected prostitution ring involving female juveniles.
